Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Rep

BlissDrive is a fast growing Digital marketing firm looking for future leaders to learn and master our business from the ground up by starting our Sale Development Representative department by building out optimized best practices. The ideal candidate will grow our Business Development team to become the best in the Digital Marketing industry and become a key leader in the business.

Job Description:

Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales team member to prospect for potential clients in the eCommerce, manufacturing and wholesale supply industries. A successful team member will have the opportunity to develop into an Account Executive aka killa closer. Our ideal candidate will become a leader in our business helping take BlissDrive to the next level.

In this role you will be the key point person for implementing and optimizing our automated outbound lead generation tool Apollo. You will have the opportunity to implement a cutting edge New Business Development Software using your creativity, grit and ambition to create a well oiled lead generation system. No reasonable expense will be spared to ensure you and the sales team have all the tools and resources needed for market domination.

The key activities for success for the Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales person will be:

  • Execute Apollo outbound marketing platform
  • Creation of cold email and drip email marketing campaigns
  • Expectation of 6 hours of outbound phone calls to generate interest in our Digital Marketing Services
  • Optimize the combination of email and outbound call activity to produce 40 appointments per month
  • Creation of messaging for A/B testing and outbound marketing efforts to achieve a 6% lead to meeting conversion rate.
  • Demonstrate consistency in achieving desired results
  • Learn how to present the full suit of marketing services to potential clients
  • Within 6 months graduate to an Account Executive role by training a successful replacement in the Sales Development Role

What's in it for you:

Competitive Base Salary of DOE annually plus incentives for each appointment scheduled and new business acquired. Expect first year earnings to be $65,000 to $80,000 Base plus commission.
