The ideal candidate will grow our Business Development team to become the best in the Digital Marketing industry and become a key leader in the business.

Sales Assistant / Executive Assistant Job Description:

Sales Assistant / Administrative Assistant team member will be responsible for doing very basic sales follow up such as calling prospects who have showed interest in content email and produced by Bliss Drive. Additionally this person will follow up on all sales presentations, and proposals to help close new clients. The sales process at Bliss Drive is simply the execution of processes as opposed to your ability to be persuasive, clients are educated not sold on our services.

Additional Responsibilities will revolve are a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks needed to deliver on the promise from the company.

The key activities for success for the Sales Assistant / Executive Assistant person will be:

Sales Representative duties

Follow Up Calls (100 dials a day/ 2-3 hours using power dialer)

Schedule appointments / confirm meetings

Business Development in morning

Management inbound leads

Send invoice and agreements; follow up

HR Duties

Sort through resumes

Initial Phone interview with candidates

Organize team birthdays

Payroll processing for PH staff

Map out process for PH team


Administrative Assistant duties 

Send gifts and mailings to new clients and prospects

Follow up on outstanding invoices

Email Management

Research tools, books and events

Booking travels

Coordinate vendors communication


Agency Deliverable

Onboarding Calls for clients

Recorded Interviews for articles

Call clients to follow up on items


Personal Assistant duties 

Drop off car for Maintenance

Pick up items

Drive along to client meetings
